Terry was born in Paris, France. He graduated with a Joint Honors degree in Mathematics and Business Management at King’s College, London (UK). Upon graduation Terry joined Generale Continentale Investissements in Paris as Asset Manager. In 2007, Terry moved to NYC to study at Columbia University where he earned his Master of Real Estate Development. He joined Capital Realty Investors (CRI) previously known under Siso Sales Group in 2008. Terry now serves as Development Manager at CRI.

A native Italian, Francesco has been study his university between Madrid, Spain and New York, USA. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. Coming from a family of developers and designers, Francesco Belcaro has been around real estate and design all his life. Francesco understands the market and follows it constantly. Francesco’s still working and creating network in NYC through his company Made in Italy NYC Ltd. and he is the Vice President of the Venetian Community of USA. He is the Executive Vice-President of Capital Realty Investors (CRI).
